The American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy (AAOA) represents over 2,700 Board-certified otolaryngologists and health care providers. Otolaryngology, frequently referred to as Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), uniquely combines medical and surgical expertise to care for patients with a variety of conditions affecting the ears, nose, and throat, as well as commonly related conditions. AAOA members devote part of their practice to the diagnosis and treatment of allergic disease. The AAOA actively supports its membership through education, research, and advocacy in the care of allergic patients.

AAOA Annual Meeting 2023

Annual Meeting Whova Access

Our Hybrid format offers flexibility in how you access the content.

  • Scientific Reserarch Presentations: Accessible September 18 – November 14
  • Live Stream/F2F Content: Sepember 29 – October 1
  • On-Demand Access closes November 14

To get started, you will need to access the Whova Platform. You must be registred for the meeting! If you are new to the Whova App, the first step is to set up your profile. After downloading the app, use the email address you registered with when signing up in the app and choose a strong password. Once you’re signed up, you should be taken directly to the 2023 AAOA Annual Meeting.

Existing Whova user?  Double-check that it is installed on your smarthphone/tablet, and log in using your existing account email and password.

Whova is the official app for the 2023 AAOA Annual Meeting with features that allow you to:

  • View the event agenda and plan your schedule
  • Access On-Demand Scientific Abstract Videos and Live-Stream/On-Demand sessions
  • Engage in Session Q&A and Live Polling
  • Set up meet-ups with your fellow attendees to connect in person or remotely
  • Create and converse on Discussion Topics in the Community Board
  • Receive updates such as last minute session changes from the organizers

Member Candidate

A Member Candidate must have completed the membership application before the Application Deadline (45 days prior to the annual business meeting, approximately August 15th) to take advantage of the member rate. Learn More

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are non-transferable. Refunds for paid registrations (less a 50% administration fee) may be considered for cancellations received in writing by the AAOA prior to August 15, 2023.

Cancellations received after August 15, 2023 are non-refundable.
