My physician wants me to go to a course, but I’m not a member. How do I do that?
There are two options for nonmember Allied Health and Advanced Practitioners to register for an AAOA course:
- Become a member! Submit an AAOA membership application along with a letter of recommendation from your supervising AAOA-member physician to [email protected]. Once you’ve sent in your paperwork simply call in a form of payment and, as long as everything is in order, your application and course registration can be processed immediately.
- Register as a nonmember by creating a profile in the AAOA Portal. Once you have set up your profile with your unique email address, click the “Live Courses” link in the navigation bar, select your desired course, and proceed with your registration.
Make sure you are not logged on as another member of your staff, as this may overwrite their profile.
