The American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy (AAOA) represents over 2,700 Board-certified otolaryngologists and health care providers. Otolaryngology, frequently referred to as Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), uniquely combines medical and surgical expertise to care for patients with a variety of conditions affecting the ears, nose, and throat, as well as commonly related conditions. AAOA members devote part of their practice to the diagnosis and treatment of allergic disease. The AAOA actively supports its membership through education, research, and advocacy in the care of allergic patients.

Room Rate

ROH at $259++/night and Suites starting at $409 ++/night.

In addition to the rates set forth above, there will be a daily Resort Fee of $35.00, per night, which includes:

• Access to fitness center pool, and hot tub
• In-room bottled water upon arrival

• Skis, golf bag & mountain bike storage
• In town shuttle (Park City destinations, on a first come basis).

Room rates are based on availability, and the AAOA cannot guarantee room availability. For attendees who would like to extend their stay in Park City, the AAOA is pleased to offer the above-noted rate for three (3) days before and after the meeting (based on availability).

Reservation Deadline: June 12, 2025
A deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first night for each reservation made is required. An individual’s deposit is refundable to that individual if the Hotel receives notice of an individual’s cancellation at least seven (7) days prior to scheduled arrival.

Airports & Ground Transportation

Park City is a short and easy 40-minute ride from Salt Lake City International Airport, which offers over 900 daily scheduled flights to all major cities in North America and many direct international flights daily.

Parking: Self-parking charges have been established at $30.00 per car per day and will be charged to the individual account.

Important Information

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are non-transferable. Refunds (less a 20% administration fee) may be considered for cancellations received in writing by the AAOA prior to June 10, 2025.

Those who change from F2F to Virtual or Virtual to F2F will not be assessed any change fees.

Cancellations received after June 10, 2025 are non-refundable.
