The American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy (AAOA) represents over 2,700 Board-certified otolaryngologists and health care providers. Otolaryngology, frequently referred to as Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), uniquely combines medical and surgical expertise to care for patients with a variety of conditions affecting the ears, nose, and throat, as well as commonly related conditions. AAOA members devote part of their practice to the diagnosis and treatment of allergic disease. The AAOA actively supports its membership through education, research, and advocacy in the care of allergic patients.

Room Rate and Service Charge

AAOA’s group rate of $194/night includes a $15 discounted resort fee. Rooms are subject to taxes, fees and assessments (currently 14.5%); based on availability; and AAOA cannot guarantee room availability.

The $15 discounted resort fee is included in the group rate of $194 per room, per night, and covers: in room high-speed and wireless internet access, 2 bottles of water per room, complimentary use of the health club, transportation to Disney theme parks (24 hour advance reservations are required), newspaper available Monday-Friday, complimentary local and 800# calls, in-room coffee, evening turndown service (upon individual guest request) and use of all recreation activities including the lazy river, resort pools, basketball and tennis courts.

IMPORTANT: Reservations made outside the AAOA block (via third parties or any means other than AAOA link or phone instructions) will incur a mandatory $33 per room, per night resort fee.

Room cancellations must be made 5 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a one night’s room and tax cancellation fee.

Please note that an incidental hold of $50.00 per night will be authorized at the time of check in.

Airports & Ground Transportation

Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate is located 32 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO). SuperShuttle provides shuttle service by reservation to and from the Orlando International Airport. This is a shared ride shuttle with SuperShuttle at the time of your choice, but the service will make additional stops. If you would like direct service, please specify at the time of booking with the reservations agent (subject to additional charge). 24-hour advance reservations are required and can be made online or by calling (407) 888-9220, ext. 2.

  • Roundtrip Shuttle Service from MCO: Rates from $50 per person (children 3 and under are free and a car seat is required.)
  • One-Way Shuttle Service from MCO: Rates from $28 per person (children 3 and under are free and a car seat is required.)
  • Taxi Service is approximately $82 from MCO to Omni and $100 from Omni to MCO, for one to four passengers.
  • Uber and Lyft serve Orlando International Airport

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are non-transferable. Refunds (less a 20% administration fee) may be considered for cancellations received in writing by the AAOA prior to June 9, 2020.

Cancellations received after June 9, 2020 are non-refundable.
