The American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy (AAOA) represents over 2,700 Board-certified otolaryngologists and health care providers. Otolaryngology, frequently referred to as Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), uniquely combines medical and surgical expertise to care for patients with a variety of conditions affecting the ears, nose, and throat, as well as commonly related conditions. AAOA members devote part of their practice to the diagnosis and treatment of allergic disease. The AAOA actively supports its membership through education, research, and advocacy in the care of allergic patients.

Annual Meeting Access

Welcome to the 2024 AAOA Annual Meeting!

To get started, you will need to access the Whova Platform. This will allow you to review the 11 Pre-Recorded Scientific Abstract Videos and the 8 Pre-Work On-Demand Sessions and access the live stream of the meeting. All of the lectures will be recorded and posted on the Whova app after conclusion of the meeting. The content will be available until December 10, 2024.
If you are new to the Whova App, the first step is to set up your profile. After downloading the Whova app, use the email address you registered with when signing up in the app and choose a strong password. Once you’re signed up, you will be taken directly to the 2024 AAOA Annual Meeting.

Existing Whova user? Double-check that it is installed on your smartphone/tablet, and log in using your existing account email and password.
Whova is the official app for the 2024 AAOA Annual Meeting with features that allow you to:
  • View the event agenda and plan your schedule
  • Access On-Demand and Live-Stream/On-Demand sessions
  • Engage in Sessions Q&A and Live Polling
  • Set meet-ups with your fellow attendees to connect in person or remotely
  • Create and converse on discussion topics in the Community Board
  • Receive updates such as last minute session changes from the organizer

Call For Proposals

The AAOA is seeking proposals to incorporate in the educational sessions for the 2024 Annual Meeting. You can submit ideas for didactic lectures, game-based learning sessions, panels, or something out of the ordinary! The deadline for submissions is 11:59 PM ET, Monday, January 8, 2024. Learn More

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are non-transferable. Refunds for paid registrations (less a 50% administration fee) may be considered for cancellations received in writing by the AAOA prior to October 1, 2024.

Cancellations received after October 1, 2024 are non-refundable.
