The American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy (AAOA) represents over 2,700 Board-certified otolaryngologists and health care providers. Otolaryngology, frequently referred to as Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), uniquely combines medical and surgical expertise to care for patients with a variety of conditions affecting the ears, nose, and throat, as well as commonly related conditions. AAOA members devote part of their practice to the diagnosis and treatment of allergic disease. The AAOA actively supports its membership through education, research, and advocacy in the care of allergic patients.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation for no additional charge until 48 hours prior to the day of arrival.  Please note that a fee of one night’s room and tax will be charged if you must cancel after this deadline.  If you have made prepayment, we will retain all or part of your prepayment.  If not, we will charge your credit card.

Registration fees are non-transferable. Refunds (less a 20% administration fee) may be considered for cancellations received in writing by the AAOA prior to November 12, 2019. 

Cancellations received after November 12, 2019 are non-refundable.
