Celebrating Over 80 Years Of Service!

The American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy (AAOA) represents over 2,700 Board-certified otolaryngologists and health care providers. Otolaryngology, frequently referred to as Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), uniquely combines medical and surgical expertise to care for patients with a variety of conditions affecting the ears, nose, and throat, as well as commonly related conditions. As an ACCME-accredited national specialty organization, the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy (AAOA) is committed to delivering quality medical education programs based on the AAOA’s Scope of Knowledge. With more than 2,500 members, we represent the allergy and respiratory disease interests of over 8,000 US-based otolaryngologists. Our overarching organizational mission is to deliver education intended to improve patient care. View the 2020 Exhibitor Prospectus*

Who We Are

The AAOA is one of the largest national otolaryngology subspecialty societies, representing nearly one-third of practicing  otolaryngologists. OUr members represent the core of the private practice general otolaryngologists who are the decision makers in their groups, as well as key leaders in academic otolaryngology. Our members include the broader management of allergy and related inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract within their daily ENT practice, blending surgical and medical management, in addition to general ENT, rhinology, and pediatric ENT.  Our 2,000+ physician members have a impact on today’s ENT practice and patient care. While many of our members consider themselves general ENTs, we have many who focus on rinology, pediatrics, geriatrics, sleep medicine, and asthma.

What to Expect

At our events, national leaders in otolaryngology will lead discussions on pertinent clinical care issues that affect all practicing general otolaryngologists. Topics range from focused discussions on allergy, asthma, rhinology, sinus surgery, laryngology, otology, pediatrics, sleep, and general ENT to cutting-edge advances in the medical and surgical management of ENT patients.

Why Participate

The AAOA CME Mission underscores an organizational commitment to continual learning with a goal toward improved patient outcomes. As a corporate partner, you can share our mission.

In the realm of partnership, we invite you to participate in our 2020 AAOA CME events. At each of our events, we draw 200-400 healthcare professionals. At our Basic Course many, if not most, of the attendees are new to incorporating the diagnosis and management of allergy and related respiratory diseases into their overall medical and surgical ENT practice. Our Annual Meeting and Advanced Course expand on these concepts.
Most of the participants use these courses as a way to familiarize themselves with both medical and product knowledge. These programs provide you a unique opportunity to focus on a well-defined, motivated, target demographic for new client development, as well as a chance to thank existing clients.

How to Apply

For more information on exhibiting and sponsorship and marketing opportunities at the AAOA Courses, review our 2020 AAOA Exhibitor Prospectus  which includes exhibit application, contact information, pricing options and additional information.

Contact Marina Fassnacht at 202-955-5010 or email if you have any questions about sponsorship or exhibit opportunities for the Basic Course, Annual Meeting or Advanced Course.

We look forward to the partnership!
